Derin Stewart

Co-Founder & CEO

Although born in Austin, TX, Derin has lived in Florida, Colorado, Kansas, and has made it back home to Texas. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in International Business. Derin began providing Employment Services for People with Disabilities in 2009 and Co-Founded Dverse Solutions soon after. Throughout the years, Derin has worked closely with the Texas Department of Assistive & Rehabilitative Services (DARS) to create and implement a number of pilot programs. He was involved in the early stages of developing the State Autism Team to create a system that better helps to serve the Autism & Developmental Disorders community. In addition, Derin is involved in multiple other non-profit efforts in the Austin community. He served two years (2015 & 2016) as the Director for the Silicon Labs Sunshine Run; a 5K/10K race in downtown Austin that raised almost $40,000 for the Austin Sunshine Camps.

Wanda Berry
Co-Founder & President

For years, Wanda has built her reputation by providing outstanding services to her clients and is known as one of Texas' most successful, respected, and highest integrity providers. Wanda has proven herself over the last 20+ years as a leader in Disability Employment. For 22 years, she has continuously refined her approach to provide the best services to the free agents that she works with. Wanda continues to play an active role in the development of training models both for free agents and businesses. She holds Certifications as a Job Coach, Job Placement Specialist, and Supported Employment Specialist. Wanda is the foundation for Dverse Solutions and the positive impact she has had on the Disability Community in Central Texas is unmatched.
