Free Agent Services

Dverse Solutions' Staff guide Free Agents through every phase of obtaining and maintaining a job. In our training, we help you develop the skills needed to get the job in your desired field. Some of these skills include resume development, conducting an effective job search, interviewing, disability disclosure decisions, work ethics, professionalism, motivation, and many more. Once employed, we will collaborate with you and your employer to identify any necessary accommodation. Further, we can provide job coaching as needed, to ensure your success on the job.

Do you need additional support? For Free Agent's receiving Supported Employment services, we provide a more intensive skills development curriculum that will ensure you are ready for the world of work. Dverse Solutions will reach out to employers in your area to develop job leads and serve as an advocate for you. Once employed, we will provide job coaching to assist you on the job, and develop natural supports at your work site. 

Dverse Solutions provides a Vocational Adjustment Training designed to increase interpersonal skills related to basic traits and attitudes needed to gain and maintain successful employment. Training topics include grooming/hygiene, transportation, daily living skills, social interaction skills, conflict resolution, work traits and work ethics, goal setting, personal management, time management, and more to enhance Free Agents' skill levels. 

In 2012, Dverse Solutions was selected to join the DARS State Autism Team, a pilot program designed to improve the employment outcomes for the Autism and Developmental Disorders community. Through the continual learning from this program we are able to provide individualized services to each Free Agent with ASD.
