Qualified Applicants Placement Services
Dverse Solutions has access to qualified "job ready" individuals in the greater Austin area and throughout Central Texas. We will work with your business to identify the exact type of employee(s) you need and quickly compile a pool of candidates for your consideration. This service cuts back on the time you spend searching through hundreds of resumes and applications. Other staffing agencies cost you money, but Dverse Solutions' placement services are FREE. We offer on-site job coaches to compliment our placement services which reduces the time you spend training new staff and saves you money. Remote Training
Remote Training is a training program conducted at partner employer locations in the community, designed to give employers a no cost/no risk opportunity to train and evaluate candidates for an open position at the conclusion of the training program. Remote Trainings can only be set up with employer partners that are expected to have paying positions available for each trainee upon completion of the training. Employers that choose to work with Dverse Solutions to develop a Remote Training Program receive: 1) qualified applicants for available job positions 2) Up to 100 hours of on-site training with a certified Job Coach incorporating typical employer orientation and job-specific training 3) Zero liability for any Dverse Solutions trainees or trainers while at the employer worksite.
Disability Training for Staff
Disability Sensitivity and Etiquette training increases awareness and demystifies the stigma associated with disabilities. This customizable training reviews best practices in communication, interpersonal relationships, and accommodations to employee culture and other common policies or procedures.
