Greg is a 6th generation Lampasas County Texan and has been happily married for 41 years to fellow Dverse Solutions Employment Specialist, Melissa Smith. Greg earned his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Texas State University and then went on to recieve his M.Ed in Counseling from Texas State University. He holds a number of additional Teaching & Education Certificates in Science Composite Secondary Teaching, School Counselor K-12, Educational Diagnostician K-12, and Special Education Counselor K-12. Although he spent time as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep with E.R. Squibb, the majority of his work and passion have been devoted to the education of young adults. In his time working in the education system, Greg worked as a Middle School Teacher, School Counselor (both Elementary and High School), Educational Diagnostician, and most recently as the Transition Coordinator for Lampasas High School. In his time working as the Transition Coordinator for Lampasas High School, he was able to develop strong ties within the Lampasas and surround communities that have proven invaluable to his success as an Employment Specialist with Dverse. Greg currently holds Certificates through the University of North Texas in Job Coaching and as a Job Placement Specialist.
