Wanda has proven herself over the last 20+ years as a leader in Disability Employment. For 22 years, she has continuously refined her approach to provide the best services to the free agents that she works with. Wanda continues to play an active role in the development of training models both for free agents and businesses. She holds Certifications as a Job Coach, Job Placement Specialist, and Supported Employment Specialist. Wanda is the foundation for Dverse Solutions and the positive impact she has had on the Disability Community in Central Texas is unmatched.

Richard Maze
Employment Specialist
Richard W. Maze was born in Killeen, TX and attended the KISD Educational System. Upon gruduation from Killeen High School, he attended Central Texas College for one year. After being drafted into the U.S. Army, Richard decided to make it a career after a tour in Vietnam. He spent 22 years continuing his education while in the military. Richard earned his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology and worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer for 4 1/2 years. He completed his Master's Science Degree in Criminal Justice while being a Probation Officer. He decided to help kids in a different manner and became a Certified Teacher in the General Special Education Field. Richard went on to teach reading, social studies as well as economics and government to Junior and Senior High School Students. Richard has now been working with Dverse Solutions for 2 years. He has completed coursework through University of North Texas to provide Job Coaching, Job Placement and Supported Employment Services. Richard has been married to his wife Pauliner for 46 years and they have 3 lovely children.
